Puppy Application
Please complete an application to be kept informed of puppy availability and add your name to our waiting list.
When the puppies are born we will start taking deposits and you will be allowed to put a deposit on a puppy of your choice via cash when visiting or by mailing a check. The outstanding balance is due in cash when you come to pick up your puppy.
Remember, we do not ship. All puppies must be picked up at our farm in western Pennsylvania.
